Start with your receipt
Your receipt identifies whether Paddle or Apple handled the purchase and therefore where to submit a request.
Cancellation is not a refund
Canceling stops a future renewal under the platform’s rules; it does not automatically reverse a completed charge.
Mandatory rights remain
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
01
Current status
The Sonixy website does not currently provide checkout, take payment, or create a subscription. This policy explains how refund requests will work if Sonixy offers purchases through Paddle on the web or through Apple in the future. Viewing this page does not create a purchase or refund right.
02
Find your purchase channel
Check the transaction receipt before requesting a refund. A Paddle receipt or a charge described with Paddle must follow the Paddle path below. An Apple receipt or App Store purchase must follow the Apple path. Contact us if you cannot identify the channel, but do not send a full card number, password, or authentication code.
03
Paddle web purchases
If web purchases become available, Paddle will process those transactions as the authorized reseller. Refund eligibility is governed by the Paddle terms and refund policy in effect when you purchase, the facts of the transaction, and applicable mandatory consumer law. Paddle’s published policy generally treats transactions as non-refundable unless law requires a refund, a product is materially defective, or Paddle approves a discretionary refund. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Review the Paddle Refund Policy and request a refund using the “View receipt,” “Manage subscription,” or support link in your transaction email, or visit Paddle Buyer Support. You may contact us first for help with a product problem, but doing so is not an extra condition on any statutory right.
04
Apple purchases
Apple handles billing and decides refund eligibility for purchases made through Apple. GAO JIAN cannot approve, reject, or issue an Apple refund directly. Follow the Apple refund instructions and submit an eligible request through Report a Problem. Apple’s purchase terms, regional rules, and mandatory consumer protections apply.
05
Cancellation is separate
Canceling a subscription normally prevents a future renewal and takes effect under the billing platform’s rules. It does not by itself refund a completed payment. Use the platform identified on your receipt both to manage the subscription and, when appropriate, to submit a separate refund request.
06
Product or payment issues
For a persistent technical problem or a material difference from the product description, contact contact@sonixy.app so we can try to resolve it. Duplicate, unrecognized, or suspected fraudulent charges should also be reported promptly to the billing platform. Evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulation may lead to a request being declined or access being suspended, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
07
After a refund
If a refund is approved, access associated with the refunded product or subscription period may end. The billing platform controls approval, return method, processing time, and any partial-refund calculation. Where possible, funds are returned to the original payment method according to that platform’s rules.
08
Updates and contact
The purchase-time platform terms and applicable mandatory law take priority if they provide greater rights. We may update this page when purchase channels or rules change and will publish a new revision date.
